A distinctive 20 inch square setup for Tesla Model S/X.

The AWZ1 uses a sharp split-spoke face to give Model S and Model X a distinctive technical stance.
A single 20x10.5 +38 specification supports a square four-wheel setup and consistent rotation planning.
At approximately 25.7 lbs, AWZ1 keeps the wide 10.5 inch fitment notably light.
Forged from 6061-T6 aluminum, CNC machined, and rated at 900 KG per wheel.
Tesla-ready 5x120 PCD and 64.1 mm hub-centric fitment support OEM lug nuts and TPMS sensors; use a thin-wall socket.

Why AWZ1 works for Model S/X

AWZ1 combines a wide square fitment, low wheel mass, and a distinctive Satin Black split-spoke face.
The angular spoke layout gives the wheel visual depth while keeping the brake area open and easy to see. One 20x10.5 +38 specification on all four corners simplifies rotation and replacement planning. The approximately 25.7 lb wheel weight helps limit unsprung mass without giving up the wide 10.5 inch stance. Satin Black keeps the design understated while emphasizing the machined spoke contours. For Model X, plan a square 295/40R20 XL tire package with a load index of 110 or higher; confirm pressure and final fitment against the vehicle's Tire and Loading Information label.

The full-vehicle view shows how the compact split-spoke face complements the Model X body and wheel arches.

Distinctive Split-Spoke Design

The Satin Black face uses angular spoke transitions and open windows to create a technical performance look.

Forged 6061-T6 Aluminum

A forged billet and precision CNC machining produce the detailed AWZ1 face with a 900 KG load rating.

Knurled Bead Seat

A textured bead-seat surface helps resist tire slip during hard acceleration and braking.

Lightweight Hub Machining

Strategic back-pad and hub cutouts remove material while preserving the wheel's forged structure.

FAQ

What is the difference between a forged rim and a flow-formed rim?

The main difference between forged and flow-formed rims lies in their manufacturing processes and materials. Forged rims, made from 6061-T6 aluminum, are formed under extreme pressure and then precisely machined using CNC technology, resulting in ultra-strong, lightweight wheels ideal for high performance. Flow-formed rims, also known as spin-formed, start with a cast mold and are shaped using hydraulic pressure and rotation. This enhances the strength of cast rims while maintaining a more affordable price point, offering a solid balance of performance and cost.

Where do you make the wheels?

The factory where we manufacture the rims is in China. They are made with state-of-the-art technology, subjected to rigorous safety and quality control processes.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Yes, we ship worldwide. However, purchasing a rim in stock can be expensive due to shipping costs. Therefore, we recommend placing a custom order where items are shipped directly from the factory to reduce costs. In this way you will get the same price worldwide, because the rims will be delivered from the factory.

What Tire Sizes Do You Recommend for Installing Your Rims?

We recommend sticking with OEM sizes for the best performance and fit. However, there is often some room for alternatives based on your specific needs and preferences. We’re happy to help with any questions and guide you in choosing the best tire size for your setup.

What Are Your Cancellation Policies if I Want a Refund on My Pre-Order?

If you’ve made a pre-order payment, you can cancel your order and request a refund at any time before the shipment is processed.

How Long Does It Take to Receive an Order After Making a Purchase?

We ship orders twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays using UPS Ground. Typically, it takes 2-5 business days for wheels to be delivered after shipment.

Can I Pick Up the Rims Directly if I’m Near Your Location?

Yes, you can pick up the rims directly if you’re near our location. Please note that Texas sales tax will be applied to in-state sales.

Are Your Center Caps Compatible with the OEM Ones?

Most of our center caps are 65mm, so they are not compatible with the OEM center caps.
