Our comprehensive range of parts and accessories is safeguarded by the Atomic Wheels Limited Warranty, alongside the additional warranty coverage offered by our trusted suppliers. The duration of coverage may vary depending on the specific product.

ATOMIC WHEELS FORGED STRUCTURAL WARRANTY — LIFETIME
All Atomic Forged Wheels are meticulously crafted to be free from any manufacturing and workmanship defects at the time of purchase. This commitment to excellence is upheld by our limited lifetime structural warranty, underscoring the enduring quality of Atomic Wheels.

ATOMIC WHEELS FLOW FORM STRUCTURAL WARRANTY — 2 YEARS
All Atomic Flow Form Wheels are covered by a limited 2-year structural warranty against manufacturing and workmanship defects, beginning on the date of purchase.

Atomic Wheels warranties are not transferable.

Our limited warranty extends to cover product repair or replacement, at the discretion of Atomic Wheels, in the event of a valid claim. Regrettably, we are unable to facilitate reimbursements for expenses related to labor, shipping, or losses. We kindly request that claims be supported with valid proof of purchase to facilitate the process.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

  • Damage caused by improper installation, maintenance, or use of the wheels, including damage from road hazards, collisions, or impacts.
  • Damage caused by racing or competition.
  • Damage caused by alteration of the wheels, including painting, powder coating, or plating.
  • Damage caused by exposure to harsh chemicals, brake dust, road salt, and acid rain.
  • Damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures or environmental conditions.
  • Scratches or cosmetic damage, including scuffs, scrapes, and nicks.

Road-hazard, collision, and impact damage isn't covered by this warranty. For those situations, we've got a separate program to help.

ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE REPLACEMENT PROGRAM
Life happens. Curbs, potholes, road debris, and the occasional bad day can take a wheel out of commission. Our standard warranty covers manufacturing defects, not accidental or road-hazard damage, so we created this program to have your back when the unexpected happens.

If one of your forged wheels is damaged in an accident or road-hazard incident, we'll replace it at 50% off the current price of the same forged wheel.

How to claim:

  1. Email info@atomic-wheels.com with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged wheel.
  2. Once we confirm eligibility, we'll send you a 50%-off replacement offer for the same forged wheel model.
  3. You cover shipping on the replacement.

The details:

  • Applies to forged wheels only.
  • Limited to one full set (up to 4 wheels total) per customer.
  • Available to the original purchaser with proof of purchase, and is non-transferable.
  • A photo of the damaged wheel is required for every claim.

This is a goodwill program and is separate from your product warranty.
