Local pickup FAQ
How soon can I pick up?
Most sets are ready in one to three days. If a tire has to come in for you it can run a little longer, and we'll tell you up front. You'll get a text the moment yours are ready, so there's no need to check in.
Can I pay in person instead of online?
Reserving online holds your set and locks the price. If you'd rather settle up at the counter, call us and we'll set that up.
How long will you hold my tires?
We hold reserved sets for 7 days. Need longer? Just give us a heads up and we'll keep them aside.
Do you offer mounting and balancing?
Yes. Let us know when you reserve and we'll have your tires mounted and balanced, ready to bolt on.
What if the size doesn't fit my car?
We'll confirm fitment before you leave the shop. If it's not right, we'll swap it or refund the pickup order — no restocking fee.
