Shipping policy
At Atomic Wheels, we’re committed to ensuring that your package arrives as quickly and reliably as possible. However, certain circumstances beyond our control—such as weather disruptions, fluctuating postal volumes, or unexpected delays within shipping logistics—may occasionally cause minor delivery setbacks.
Order Fulfillment
- Fast Shipping: We typically ship your order the next business day following purchase, and if possible, we’ll even get it out the same day.
- Business Days: Business days do not include weekends or national U.S. holidays.
Pre-Orders
- Estimated Arrival: When placing a pre-order, you’ll see an approximate date at checkout for when we expect that product to arrive at our warehouse.
- Shipping After Arrival: Once we receive the pre-ordered items at our warehouse, we’ll ship them out to you within a couple of days.
- Updates: Please note that arrival dates may shift. We’ll keep you informed about any changes along the way.
Shipping Address
- No P.O. Boxes: Unfortunately, we’re unable to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.
- Required Details: To facilitate a smooth delivery, kindly provide your full shipping address, your complete name, and a phone number where you can be reached.
Tracking Your Order
- Tracking Number: As soon as your package is en route, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can monitor its progress and stay updated on its arrival.
Shipping Costs and Returns
- Shipping Costs: Buyers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with their order. If the buyer decides to return an item, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping to our facility.

Shipping Protection and Delivered Packages
- Shipping Protection: We offer optional Shipping Protection at checkout. If Shipping Protection is purchased, eligible claims for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments are handled under the protection terms.
- Packages Marked Delivered: Once the carrier tracking and delivery proof show that a shipment was delivered to the shipping address provided on the order, Atomic Wheels is not responsible for loss, theft, or missing packages after delivery unless Shipping Protection was purchased at checkout.
- Secure Delivery: Please use a secure shipping address, monitor tracking updates, and retrieve your package promptly after delivery. For apartment buildings, offices, gated communities, or shared mail areas, please check with the mailroom, package room, locker system, building manager, nearby neighbors, and any available camera footage.
- Carrier Investigations: If a delivered package cannot be located, we can help support a carrier investigation using the tracking details. If the carrier recovers the package or approves a claim related to the shipment, we will work with you on the next steps.
