19x8.5 +35 keeps a daily-friendly width with a sharper 19 inch look.

Why this flow-form Model 3/Y setup works

AWZZF follows the same lightweight daily-driver logic as AW21, with AWZZ-inspired styling and Model 3/Y fitment.
The 18x8.5 setup is the lightest AWZZF option and the easiest recommendation for comfort, range, and all-season daily use. The 19x8.5 option adds diameter without going overly wide, which keeps steering and tire choices practical. The 19x9.5 option gives Model 3 and Model Y a wider stance and more tire support while staying much lighter than many OEM Tesla wheels. Flow-form construction is the point of this product: it delivers a stronger, lighter barrel than traditional casting at a more approachable price than forged. Tesla-specific details stay intact: 5x114.3 PCD, 64.1 mm hub-centric bore, OEM lug nut compatibility, and OEM TPMS compatibility.

Built Like a Flow-Form Tesla Setup

AWZZF follows the AW21-style formula: lighter daily fitment, Tesla-specific sizing, and practical tire choices.

Flow-Form AWZZ Style

The AWZZF carries the familiar AWZZ split multi-spoke look in a flow-formed wheel built for a lower entry price.

Flow-Form Construction

Like AW21, AWZZF uses flow-form construction to improve barrel strength and weight versus a basic cast wheel.

18 Inch Efficiency Setup

The 18x8.5 +35 option is about 19.6 lbs, making it the lightest AWZZF setup for comfort and range-focused daily driving.

Tesla-Ready Fitment

64.1 mm hub-centric bore, 5x114.3 bolt pattern, OEM lug nuts, and OEM TPMS compatibility keep AWZZF simple to install.

Tire Fitment Guide

AWZZF Tesla Model 3/Y 18x8.5 +35 recommended tire sizes.
Wheel Size Model 3 Model Y
18x8.5 +35 235/45R18 or 245/45R18 235/55R18

18x8.5 +35 is the lightest AWZZF setup for comfort, range, and all-season daily use. These tire sizes follow the same practical Model 3/Y fitment logic used on our AW21 flow-form setup.

FAQ

What is the difference between a forged rim and a flow-formed rim?

The main difference between forged and flow-formed rims lies in their manufacturing processes and materials. Forged rims, made from 6061-T6 aluminum, are formed under extreme pressure and then precisely machined using CNC technology, resulting in ultra-strong, lightweight wheels ideal for high performance. Flow-formed rims, also known as spin-formed, start with a cast mold and are shaped using hydraulic pressure and rotation. This enhances the strength of cast rims while maintaining a more affordable price point, offering a solid balance of performance and cost.

Where do you make the wheels?

The factory where we manufacture the rims is in China. They are made with state-of-the-art technology, subjected to rigorous safety and quality control processes.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Yes, we ship worldwide. However, purchasing a rim in stock can be expensive due to shipping costs. Therefore, we recommend placing a custom order where items are shipped directly from the factory to reduce costs. In this way you will get the same price worldwide, because the rims will be delivered from the factory.

What Tire Sizes Do You Recommend for Installing Your Rims?

We recommend sticking with OEM sizes for the best performance and fit. However, there is often some room for alternatives based on your specific needs and preferences. We’re happy to help with any questions and guide you in choosing the best tire size for your setup.

What Are Your Cancellation Policies if I Want a Refund on My Pre-Order?

If you’ve made a pre-order payment, you can cancel your order and request a refund at any time before the shipment is processed.

How Long Does It Take to Receive an Order After Making a Purchase?

We ship orders twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays using UPS Ground. Typically, it takes 2-5 business days for wheels to be delivered after shipment.

Can I Pick Up the Rims Directly if I’m Near Your Location?

Yes, you can pick up the rims directly if you’re near our location. Please note that Texas sales tax will be applied to in-state sales.

Are Your Center Caps Compatible with the OEM Ones?

Most of our center caps are 65mm, so they are not compatible with the OEM center caps.
