The AW10 brings its squared split-spoke face to the Rivian R2 in a direct, hub-centric forged fitment.
Choose 18x8.5 +38, 19x8.5 +38, or 20x8.5 +38 around the tire sidewall and stance you want.
Approximate wheel weights are 27.1 lbs, 28.7 lbs, and 27.9 lbs respectively, with normal manufacturing tolerance.
Forged from 6061-T6 aluminum, JWL-VIA certified, and rated at 1,000 KG (2,205 lbs) per wheel.
Rivian-ready 5x114.3 PCD and 64.1 mm center bore work with OEM lug nuts and TPMS sensors; use a thin-wall socket.

A shared 8.5-inch width and +38 offset keep the fitment logic consistent across the three diameters. Lower wheel mass reduces unsprung weight; choose the final wheel and tire package around ride comfort, efficiency, and the driving surfaces you use most. Satin Black, Gloss Black, Satin Smoke Bronze, and Titan let the same AW10 face move from understated to high-contrast without changing fitment. Stock reference: 255/60R20 = 814.0 mm calculated diameter; stock 255/55R21 = 813.9 mm. The published R2 Standard 19-inch size, 255/65R19, calculates to 814.1 mm. Percentage changes use stock 255/60R20 as the reference. These are nominal size calculations; actual tire dimensions vary by model.

Rivian does not offer a factory 18-inch R2 wheel. 255/70R18 is an aftermarket size with a calculated diameter of 814.2 mm, close to stock. 275/65R18 is 814.7 mm; 275/70R18 is 842.2 mm and needs additional clearance. Both wider sizes are options to assess with an installer, not confirmed fitments for every tire model.

265/65R18 is smaller than stock: 801.7 mm (-1.51%). It also has a shorter sidewall than 255/70R18, so it is not listed as a taller-sidewall upgrade.

Before ordering, confirm the exact tire model is approved for an 8.5-inch rim and meets your vehicle's load and speed requirements. For any size change, have your installer check brake, suspension and body clearance at full steering lock and suspension compression, and confirm the correct inflation pressure and vehicle settings. A similar calculated diameter does not guarantee fitment, range or speedometer accuracy.

FAQ

What is the difference between a forged rim and a flow-formed rim? 

The main difference between forged and flow-formed rims lies in their manufacturing processes and materials. Forged rims, made from 6061-T6 aluminum, are formed under extreme pressure and then precisely machined using CNC technology, resulting in ultra-strong, lightweight wheels ideal for high performance. Flow-formed rims, also known as spin-formed, start with a cast mold and are shaped using hydraulic pressure and rotation. This enhances the strength of cast rims while maintaining a more affordable price point, offering a solid balance of performance and cost.

Where do you make the wheels? 

The factory where we manufacture the rims is in China. They are made with state-of-the-art technology, subjected to rigorous safety and quality control processes.

Do you ship outside of the United States? 

Yes, we ship worldwide. However, purchasing a rim in stock can be expensive due to shipping costs. Therefore, we recommend placing a custom order where items are shipped directly from the factory to reduce costs. In this way you will get the same price worldwide, because the rims will be delivered from the factory. 

What Tire Sizes Do You Recommend for Installing Your Rims?

We recommend sticking with OEM sizes for the best performance and fit. However, there is often some room for alternatives based on your specific needs and preferences. We’re happy to help with any questions and guide you in choosing the best tire size for your setup.

What Are Your Cancellation Policies if I Want a Refund on My Pre-Order?

If you’ve made a pre-order payment, you can cancel your order and request a refund at any time before the shipment is processed.

How Long Does It Take to Receive an Order After Making a Purchase?

We ship orders twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays using UPS Ground. Typically, it takes 2-5 business days for wheels to be delivered after shipment.

Can I Pick Up the Rims Directly if I’m Near Your Location?

Yes, you can pick up the rims directly if you’re near our location. Please note that Texas sales tax will be applied to in-state sales.

Are Your Center Caps Compatible with the OEM Ones?

Most of our center caps are 65mm, so they are not compatible with the OEM center caps.
