Insights

A single focused AWSR setup for Cybertruck owners who want a forged 20-inch Gloss Black wheel with a bolder +40 stance.
AWSR was added as a new Cybertruck-focused design: a dense technical spoke layout, gloss-black depth, and a machined barrel profile that suits the angular body of the truck. The 20×9.0 +40 specification keeps the build simple and direct. There is one diameter, one width, one offset, and one finish, so the page does not need a multi-fitment decision tree. The wheel is forged from 6061-T6 aluminum and carries a 1200 KG / 2646 lb load rating per wheel for Cybertruck use. For tire planning, keep overall diameter close to the factory Cybertruck setup and confirm tire load rating and clearance before publishing exact tire recommendations.

Built for Cybertruck Drivers

New AWSR forged design. Gloss Black finish. 20×9 +40 Cybertruck setup.

Cybertruck Fitment

AWSR gives the Cybertruck a sharper Gloss Black stance while keeping the setup focused around 20×9.0 +40 fitment.

Gloss Black AWSR Face

The technical multi-spoke face is finished in deep Gloss Black, matching the Cybertruck’s angular bodywork with a more performance-driven look.

Forged 20×9 +40 Profile

The angled render shows the depth of the forged profile and the stance created by the +40 offset.

2646 LB Load Rating

Rated at 1200 KG per wheel, AWSR is specified for heavy EV-truck use and Cybertruck load demands.

Knurled Bead Seats

Knurled bead seats add mechanical grip at the tire bead, helping resist tire slip under heavy acceleration, braking, and low-pressure use.

Tire Fitment Guide

AWSR Cybertruck 20×9 +40 tire planning notes.
Wheel Size Setup Tesla Cybertruck
20×9 +40 OEM diameter reference 285/65R20
20×9 +40 Common upsized option 295/65R20
20×9 +40 Fitment check Confirm clearance/load

For AWSR 20×9 +40, use Cybertruck-rated tires and keep the overall diameter close to the factory setup. 285/65R20 is the OEM diameter reference; 295/65R20 is a common upsized planning point, but final clearance and load rating should be verified before publishing a final recommendation.

FAQ

What is the difference between a forged rim and a flow-formed rim?

The main difference between forged and flow-formed rims lies in their manufacturing processes and materials. Forged rims, made from 6061-T6 aluminum, are formed under extreme pressure and then precisely machined using CNC technology, resulting in ultra-strong, lightweight wheels ideal for high performance. Flow-formed rims, also known as spin-formed, start with a cast mold and are shaped using hydraulic pressure and rotation. This enhances the strength of cast rims while maintaining a more affordable price point, offering a solid balance of performance and cost.

Where do you make the wheels?

The factory where we manufacture the rims is in China. They are made with state-of-the-art technology, subjected to rigorous safety and quality control processes.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Yes, we ship worldwide. However, purchasing a rim in stock can be expensive due to shipping costs. Therefore, we recommend placing a custom order where items are shipped directly from the factory to reduce costs. In this way you will get the same price worldwide, because the rims will be delivered from the factory.

What Tire Sizes Do You Recommend for Installing Your Rims?

We recommend sticking with OEM sizes for the best performance and fit. However, there is often some room for alternatives based on your specific needs and preferences. We’re happy to help with any questions and guide you in choosing the best tire size for your setup.

What Are Your Cancellation Policies if I Want a Refund on My Pre-Order?

If you’ve made a pre-order payment, you can cancel your order and request a refund at any time before the shipment is processed.

How Long Does It Take to Receive an Order After Making a Purchase?

We ship orders twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays using UPS Ground. Typically, it takes 2-5 business days for wheels to be delivered after shipment.

Can I Pick Up the Rims Directly if I’m Near Your Location?

Yes, you can pick up the rims directly if you’re near our location. Please note that Texas sales tax will be applied to in-state sales.

Are Your Center Caps Compatible with the OEM Ones?

Most of our center caps are 65mm, so they are not compatible with the OEM center caps.
