Santiago was a pleasure to work with. He went through much communications with his factory in China so that I could get the wheels that I designed to my satisfaction.

I recently purchased a set of AW13 20" wheels for my Rivian R1S. The order process was great: I knew I was pre-ordering a set of wheels slated to arrive in a few months, and it actually ended up getting to me a few weeks earlier than expected.

I had also ordered a set of anti-theft burned titanium lug nuts to guarantee fit, since Atomic Wheel's set is a little narrower. They didn't quite match the photo as I had expected, meaning the ends weren't fully blue. I reached out to their service and they were more than happy to exchange for a new set with more complete coverage. Thereafter, there was another small mishap where the dedicated anti-theft installation socket wasn't included in the second package, so they also sent another follow-up to include that. This did end up impacting my timeline by a few weeks, but not something worth docking stars on (I'm in no rush, good stuff comes with time).

The wheels themselves are gorgeous and really fits the aesthetic I'm going for. They were installed with General Grabber HTS60 275/60 r20 tires which (bonus!) meant that nothing has to be changed from my OEM 21" settings, and I love that Atomic Wheels called this out in their item description as a recommendation. They don't look half bad either!

Wheels fit perfectly on my car. Clear both front and back calipers. Much smoother ride, wheels are much lighter compared to stock Uberturbine. Love the new look too. Best upgrade on my car.

I went from 18x7 OEM to 20x9 AWZZ’s, slapped on some Pirelli’s and my mustang mach e only lost about 3% of EV range. That is solid. The wheels took the mach e to a whole new realm. This is how every mach e should look! The car handles better and the drive is smooth. The 18x7's had to go! Do yourself a favor and buy these wheels!

Bought the 19x8.5 AWX in satin black for my '25 Tesla Model 3 Performance, along with Hankook iON evo AS 245/40R19. The wheels are fantastic. Well built with a great satin finish. I love the look of them on my car, allowing good visibility of the calipers. AW was great to work with in putting together this wheel and tire package. Shipping was great with the wheels/tires extremely well packed. All in all, very happy with my purchase and the entire experience. If you need new wheels, buy them from Atomic Wheels!

Customer service was top tier and made sure shipment and process was good along the way. Confirmed tpms would transfer order fine. Wheels look dope!! Great wheels and great team!

I am extremely happy with these wheels! They look amazing on my car. One of the rims had a tiny flaw when it arrived, but their customer service team was outstanding. They responded quickly and resolved the issue professionally. It’s rare to find such a responsible seller nowadays. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, one of the wheels arrived damaged. My guess is UPS dropped the box which led to the wheel being chipped on the lip since the box had a huge gash. However, reached out to AW and they sent me a replacement a few days later and now that they are installed, they look great! Was hesistant to go with gunmetal for my quicksilver model 3 but there’s just enough contrast for the wheels to stand out. Personally think the wheels look even better when the vehicle is lowered. Very satisfied with my purchase and customer service.
